For their 2019 Impact Report, Homes of Hope wanted an impactful cover, reflecting the effects the workers, families and contributions have on the community.

After compiling mood-boards and reviewing photography available for the year, 3 design cover concepts were presented, reflecting different typographic and visual styles.

Option 1 and 3 were chosen, so we continued to explore typographic impact of the cover choices in the spreads. Option 1 focused on circular shapes to create depth and movement. Option 2 was more structured, grid-like with an emphasis on white space. Option 1 was the final choice.
